You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers!


DO THE STYLISTS COME TO ME?
Yes, all services are on-location which means the stylists will come to you. Don’t worry, we bring the salon to you. Our team arrives with professional chairs, salon lights, and all the products need to complete your glam! If you are an out-of-town bride, our glam studio can be available to you upon request.

IS A TRIAL REQUIRED?
Every bride is different and with that comes different budgets, concerns, and needs. We DO NOT require a trial but encourage one if you are a visual bride who needs to see and feel it all before the big day. Although it is not required, we do highly recommend it! A trial allows us to get to know each other and fully discuss your styling needs and concerns. Doing a trial run allows us to walk into the wedding day with all the kinks smoothed out to ensure a flawless application on your wedding day.  


HOW DO TRIALS WORK?
Bridal trials are hosted in our Newbury park studio Monday-Thursday. Occasionally Friday through Sunday can be arranged but weddings and events take presidents. Trials are booked at 3 hours minimum so we have time to discuss your needs, try out your styles. If you have long or thick hair or will be doing vintage waves this extends your time frame. We ask that you keep your trial date open so we have all the time needed to fully mock up your wedding day styles! 


WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME STYLIST FROM MY TRIAL ON MY WEDDING DAY?
If you reserve your wedding date at the same time as the trial you are guaranteed to receive the same stylist. Due to high demand, we work on a first come first serve basis. Because of this we cannot hold or reserve stylists for potential brides, we do reserve stylists for brides who have reserved the wedding day.

HOW LONG DOES EACH SERVICE TAKE ON MY WEDDING DAY?
Services can take 45 minuets-1hr each. We have an Ala cart menu that allows you to adjust your appointment time based on your needs. We fully understand that not everyone has the same styling needs and some might require additional time. Our menu allows you to add more time to your services to ensure your needs are fully met.


WILL MY HAIR AND MAKEUP LAST ALL DAY?
You better believe it! Our hair and makeup applications will hold all day. We pride ourselves on providing quality services that ensure long-term wear. We use high-quality products to give you long-lasting styles.

HOW DO I RESERVE MY DATE?
Fill out our contact form and let us know you’re ready to book! We will send over a contract and invoice for you to review and fill out. After your contract is signed and submitted you can reserve your date by paying the 30% retainer! From there your date is locked in and final fine details can be worked on to get everything set up for your big day.

HOW SOON SHOULD I RESERVE MY WEDDING DATE?
The sooner the better. We are in high demand and book weddings 2 years in advance. If you want to guarantee our availability and lock in pricing for your wedding day, Book now!


DO YOU REQUIRE A RETAINER?
Yes, we require 30% at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied to the final balance owed. Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable once made. They guarantee our artists are ready and available for you on your requested date. 


CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE LARGE WEDDING PARTIES?
Absolutely! This is actually our specialty. Our team is well-managed and understands timing and how to navigate large bridal parties to ensure we keep everyone on track to meet our completion deadline. We pride ourselves on ensuring your morning stays on track so the rest of your wedding day can as well!


HOW MANY STYLISTS WILL I RECEIVE?
We guarantee 1 stylist per every 6 services (a service being a hair OR makeup application). You have the option to add an additional stylist to cut down your getting ready time. An additional artist can be added for $250 per additional artist.

IS THERE A TRAVEL FEE?
We include 30 miles of travel in our fees. Anything over 30 miles is charged at $1 per mile per artist round trip.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

Yes! We work with contracts to ensure transparency and everyone's protection. We want to ensure you feel secure with a contract in place!
